Age:21 years old

Chief Complain:

+Anxious,sleep disturbance

+Difficulty Concentrating and doing daily activities

+Sleepy(always overdose slept..haha)

+Easily fatigue even do nothing

+Irritable,Continously speaking(membebel)

+Mood swing,

+Abdominal pain

HYPOTHESIS:

+Manic Disorder

+Pre-menstrual syndrome

+Generalized anxiety disorder

DIAGNOSTIC TOOL:

PE:looks obviously anxious

Past history:worried of her final exam,delay menstrual,didn’t take any medication

Psychiatric Examination:MMSE=36(Good),Rapport=decrease level of orientation& poor attention & anxious

MANAGEMENT:

+Anti-psychotic drugs

+Cognitive Behaviour Theraphy

PROGNOSIS:

Good(Anxiety decrease after a week),can do activity of daily living wihout any difficulties.
