+Difficulty Concentrating and doing daily activities

+Sleepy(always overdose slept..haha)

HYPOTHESIS:

+Manic Disorder

+Pre-menstrual syndrome

+Generalized anxiety disorder

DIAGNOSTIC TOOL:

PE:looks obviously anxious

Past history:worried of her final exam,delay menstrual,didn’t take any medication

Psychiatric Examination:MMSE=36(Good),Rapport=decrease level of orientation& poor attention & anxious

MANAGEMENT:

+Anti-psychotic drugs

+Cognitive Behaviour Theraphy

PROGNOSIS:

Good(Anxiety decrease after a week),can do activity of daily living wihout any difficulties.

Exam sangat2 la dekat.X tau la mane slacknye,dzuq nak study x datang2 lagi.Nak kate penat balik jauh(YOGYA je pun),x munasabah sungguh.Balik rumah dah 4 ari dah walaupun penuh penyeksaan naik travel.Taubat dah,pas ni xmo dah ambik travel.Walaupun jalan cam ular kne palu,kne sabar n redha.Haha,it’s true??

Akhirnya,arini abih gak ALPINA PRE-SOCCA CASE PRESENTATION.sikit punye terseksa,30 case habis in a week.Lagi horror bile exam betul sok,mudah-mudahan dapat la kes senang.Skrg dah improve drawing skill,silap2 aribulan ade orang balik jadi arkitek sok.Sape nak jawab???Haha.Pesanan penaja kat saya:do’nt explain too much for SOCCA,u’ll waste ur time there.

I spent +/-RP 750k at Yogja.Mujur la shopping sekejap je,kalo x balik Nangor jalan kaki la.Haha.Borong 8 t-shirt Jogja,kanak2 ni dah pakai ramai2 semalam.Lupe lak nak tangkap gambar.Aih.I bought kain batik 4 mak,rindunye.Em,balik2 sini,baru teringat kne settle kan KITAS n kwn2.Pokai dah ni,kurus la cik ADA thiz month.

First,why i choose stuck for this entry?Curious rite!!!

+++Alpina’s SOCCA discussion & presentation had take place since yesterday.My sleep deprived n disturb doing this job->xpe susah2 dulu,senang2 kemudian.(seram kena kritik dek Yoyo..huhuhu)

++++When i present my SOCCA today,apelah nasib.English lingkup habis.Tulah,jarang speaking.Kne improve ni.

+++++And last but not least,result of these stuck:finally,i can remember MECHANISM OF NORMAL DELIVERY sequently n steps by steps.

HERE The Steps(read like u present this speech to your doctor for oral test k):

Okay,pregancy will last with parturiton/labor.Normal labor have a 8 steps n consist of 3 stages:

>>1st stage is cervical dilation,2nd stage is delivery of fetal and last stage is about delivery of placenta.

Steps->

i)Enggagement/enterance of fetal head into the pelvic prim.

ii)Descent of fetal head

iii)Flexion of fetal head,it will cause chain is on the chest n occiput will presented

iV)internal rotation will take place and cause fetal head turn to posterior part n face sacrum of mother.Result of this action is crowning n delivery of fetal occiput.

V)Extension of next will occur,so that neck will deliver to exterior

Vi)Head will undergo restitution n external rotation in order to turn back to normal position like b4 delivery

Vii)Delivery of anterior shoulder will occur first,followed by posterior shoulder.

That all.Tq(hahha,camni la ayat terakhir pas 28minit cakap x berhenti td).Memang penat habis,coz this case:pregnancy +parturition have a lot of things to explain,i feel really exhausted.Huhuhu.(hope this case x masuk socca la.amin)
